White Cane Invert Syrup
Produced using sucrose, glucose and fructose found in sugar cane, White Cane Invert Syrup is water-white in colour. The most subtle of our invert syrups, White Cane Invert Syrup has strong water biding properties which makes it ideal for ice cream making, preventing crystallisation and giving a smoother texture. It is also the perfect complement to fruit flavoured goods, white crumb baked products and soft drinks.
