Brown Cane Invert Syrup is deep gold in colour and composed of sucrose, glucose and fructose naturally sourced from sugar cane. A versatile syrup that is particularly useful when baking cakes, biscuits and cereal bars. Also used to aid fermentation, it adds both colour and flavour during the brewing process.
