Black Cane Invert Syrup


The thickest of the invert syrups, Black Cane Invert Syrup is made from a combination of sucrose, glucose and fructose naturally produced in sugar cane. Black Cane Invert Syrup has a slightly bitter, powerful flavour similar to molasses, that is ideal when used in the brewing process, or making dark sauces, rich, moist cakes and liquorice.
