Fondant Sugar


An alternative to the block or wet variety, dry Fondant Sugar is a fine, free-flowing powder made from sucrose and dried glucose syrup.


  • When mixed with water or sugar syrup, Fondant Sugar creates a smooth, glossy paste, suitable as a glaze, icing for cakes or confectionery fillings. An incredibly versatile product, it requires no additional additives to produce a variety of consistencies. Just add more water for a thinner glaze.
