Consisting of sucrose, glucose syrup and water, Firm Block Fondant is a hard sugar product with undetectable sugar crystals giving it a silky, smooth consistency.


  • The creamy consistency and tender melting of Firm Block Fondant makes it ideal for adding to fondant confectionery and as a filling for cakes, pastries and candies. A perfect ingredient in the production of fudge and an excellent decorative covering for cakes requiring a smooth coat of icing.


  • The Firm Fondant is a hard fondant, ideal for fudges and creating enrobed confectionery centres, while the Ready-To-Use Fondant can be used to create a stable and glossy ready-to-use glaze or icing.
