  • With a compact, dough-like quality, Extra Firm Block Fondant Icing can be used as a sweet filling and in other confectionery applications. A wet fondant, it is particularly useful in confectionery where its pliability makes for an appealing smooth-texture.


  • The Firm Fondant is a hard fondant, ideal for fudges and creating enrobed confectionery centres, while the Ready-To-Use Fondant can be used to create a stable and glossy ready-to-use glaze or icing.
