"Tate & Lyle’s Golden Granulated and Caster sugars are a more flavour some version of the classic white sugars and are just as versatile. Predominantly used in baked goods, such as light cakes or cookies where only slight additions to colour and flavour are required. Both sugars have a subtle gold hue with a gentle aroma and light caramel taste, providing a smooth flavour. Distinguishable only by texture, Granulated is coarser, while Caster has a finer, free-flowing crystalline form that is easier to dissolve. Most of our sugars are available in Fairtrade & non-Fairtrade versions."
